Necessary Qualifications:
– Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction
– Medical degree from an accredited university
– Preferred Board Certification in Family Medicine, Occupational or Preventive Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or PM&R
-Minimum of five years of directly applicable experience preferred

Schedule:
Full-time, No weekend

HOME HEALTH and/or HOSPICE RN – FULL TIME

Medical/Healthcare duties include:

  • Patient assessments, including physical, emotional, psychosocial, environmental and educational components
  • Providing skilled nursing care to home health and hospice patients in their homes
  • Identifying patient needs and making timely referrals to other disciplines in collaboration with the physician and care manager
  • Supervising LPNs and home care aides
